About the Role
As a Client Experience Representative at Vessel International Partners (VIP), you’ll be the go-to contact for individual customers, helping them find solutions that meet their needs while providing a positive, personalized experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys direct interaction, problem-solving, and building trust through service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Connect with customers across multiple touchpoints—including face-to-face, phone, email, and live chat—to understand their individual preferences and expectations.
Tailored Recommendations: Offer personalized product or service suggestions based on the customer’s unique interests and lifestyle.
Support Services: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver outstanding service from start to finish.
Sales with Integrity: Recognize opportunities to introduce relevant upgrades or complementary offerings that enhance the customer experience.
Product Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of VIP’s offerings and industry trends to provide accurate and useful guidance.
Relationship Building: Cultivate meaningful, ongoing relationships that reinforce customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Order Facilitation: Support customers through the ordering process, ensuring accuracy and follow-through on every transaction.
Insight Collection: Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve services, messaging, and product offerings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal
Ability to remain solution-focused in fast-paced or high-volume settings
Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or community-facing roles
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and follow-through
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, email, and chat platforms
A collaborative, can-do attitude with a desire to grow and learn
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. We value ambition, work ethic, and people skills over formal degrees.
