About the Role

This full-time, on-site position is based in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. As a Digital Content & Community Specialist at VIP, you’ll oversee our social media presence, engage with audiences, and develop content that promotes the Vessel brand and our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and publish original content across social media platforms that align with VIP’s brand voice and values.

Collaborate on digital campaigns to increase engagement and community interaction.

Monitor conversations and trends across platforms to keep VIP relevant and responsive.

Support broader marketing efforts through content writing, newsletters, and digital materials.

Analyze social performance and adjust strategies to meet growth objectives.

Partner with internal teams to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in social media management, content creation, and audience engagement

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A collaborative and self-motivated work style

  • Background in digital marketing or branding is preferred

  • Familiarity with the sales/marketing industry is a plus

A degree in marketing, communications, or related fields is welcome—but not required. Passion and creativity are what count.
