About the Role

As a Leadership Development Associate at VIP, you’ll join a structured program designed to prepare you for future leadership opportunities. Through hands-on experience and team collaboration, you’ll develop the operational, strategic, and interpersonal skills required to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Company Onboarding: Learn VIP’s mission, values, internal processes, and operational structure.

Leadership Shadowing: Observe and support senior team members in guiding operations and people development.

Client & Customer Service: Gain firsthand experience delivering exceptional service and resolving client inquiries.

Business & Financial Acumen: Learn budgeting, forecasting, and cost management principles to support smart growth.

Sales & Marketing: Support initiatives that expand brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Training & Onboarding: Contribute to staff training sessions and help refine onboarding materials for new hires.

Performance Development: Understand how to conduct employee reviews, provide feedback, and build high-performing teams.

Operational Problem-Solving: Strengthen decision-making abilities by identifying challenges and proposing improvements.

Safety & Compliance: Uphold standards for workplace safety and policy adherence.
